you through the home buying process at your pace and provide you with the information you need to make the right purchase decision. The services that I offer you to help you locate the best possible home for you considering your price range, financial terms and home criteria include:
- Complete a Buyer's Wish List with you so that I can customize your new home search.
- Perform extensive Internet search to facilitate your home search.
- Network with other agents to be aware of what is coming on the market
before it is posted on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- Check the MLS daily to keep informed of new listings in your price
range, or changes in price, back on market listings, sold statistics, etc.
- Pre-view homes for you and make suggestions as to which homes you
should tour.
- Supply school reports and other pertinent information, including
resources and activities for each town you are interested in.
- Develop a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for the home you decide to purchase to show you its true value and to make sure that you are not overpaying for the home.
- Provide referrals to competent lenders, home warranty providers,
attorneys, home inspectors, pest and environmental specialists, and repairmen.
- Co-ordinate and attend all inspections and appraisals to answer questions and provide guidance for you and accompany you to the closing.
